PURCHASING STAFF
Duties & Responsibilities
Handle internal requests and price quotations.
Carry out procurement of goods, including price negotiations and payment terms (TOP) with vendors.
Issue Purchase Orders (PO) and follow up on Purchase Requisitions (PR) from relevant departments.
Monitor delivery of goods until received in accordance with the PO.
Ensure the quality and quantity of goods meet the required specifications.
Submit payments, manage petty cash, and prepare purchasing reports.
Conduct regular vendor evaluations.
Comply with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) and Anti-Bribery Management System (SMAP) regulations.
Qualifications
Male, maximum age 35 years.
Minimum education: Diploma/Bachelor’s degree (any major).
Intermediate-level Excel skills.
Minimum 1 year of experience in purchasing (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
Strong communication skills.
Experienced in sourcing suppliers and conducting negotiations.
Detail-oriented, communicative, and able to work quickly.
Willing to work with diverse product requirements.
Able to communicate in English, both spoken and written (an advantage).
