PURCHASING STAFF

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Handle internal requests and price quotations.

  • Carry out procurement of goods, including price negotiations and payment terms (TOP) with vendors.

  • Issue Purchase Orders (PO) and follow up on Purchase Requisitions (PR) from relevant departments.

  • Monitor delivery of goods until received in accordance with the PO.

  • Ensure the quality and quantity of goods meet the required specifications.

  • Submit payments, manage petty cash, and prepare purchasing reports.

  • Conduct regular vendor evaluations.

  • Comply with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) and Anti-Bribery Management System (SMAP) regulations.

Qualifications

  • Male, maximum age 35 years.

  • Minimum education: Diploma/Bachelor’s degree (any major).

  • Intermediate-level Excel skills.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in purchasing (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Experienced in sourcing suppliers and conducting negotiations.

  • Detail-oriented, communicative, and able to work quickly.

  • Willing to work with diverse product requirements.

  • Able to communicate in English, both spoken and written (an advantage).
